Policies & Conditions

Booking Policy

hank you for choosing me as your makeup artist! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through my booking policies:

📅 Appointments & Booking Fee

•    A non-refundable booking fee of $30 is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total balance.
    •    No appointments are held without a booking fee.
    •    The remaining balance is due in full the day of service, via [accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Debit Card

⏰ Late Policy

•    Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period.
    •    After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added.
    •    After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the booking fee forfeited.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty.
    •    Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in loss of your booking fee.
    •    A new booking fee is required to reschedule a missed appointment.

👩‍🎨 Service Policy

    •    Please come with a clean, makeup-free face.
    •    No extra guests or children unless they are being serviced.
    •    I do not offer refunds once a service is completed.

👰 Bridal & Group Bookings

    •    A signed contract and 50% deposit are required for bridal or group bookings.
    •    Travel fees may apply for on-location services.

📍 Location

    •    All appointments take place at 4188 Manchester ave unless otherwise discussed.
